Regulations for Renting Cottages under the Krupowa Hall<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  1. \n

    Subject of the Regulations<\/strong>
    The Regulations set out the rules for renting holiday homes and the rules of payment, reservation and stay. Making a reservation implies acceptance of these regulations. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Reservation and payment rules<\/strong>
    a) You can make a reservation for the cottage online through the website or by phone
    at +48 730 002 123<\/a>.
    b) To confirm your reservation, you must pay a deposit through one of the supported online payment systems: credit cards, BLIK (supported by Stripe), or by traditional bank transfer to your bank account.
    c) The remaining rental amount is payable on the day of taking possession of the cottage in cash or by tourist voucher.
    d) You can cancel your reservation no later than one month before the day of check-in. After this date, the deposit paid is non-refundable.
    e) Failure to pick up the cottage during the check-in hours (15:00-21:00), without prior notice, is tantamount to cancellation and loss of the amount paid. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Rules of use of the cottage<\/strong>
    a) The cottage is rented for the maximum number of persons specified for each cottage in the next section. Each additional person requires notification and payment of an additional fee.
    b) The Lessee undertakes to use the cottage in accordance with its purpose and to take care of its condition.
    c) Any damage or destruction caused during the stay must be reported and pay the cost of repair.
    d) Subletting and lending to third parties is prohibited in the cottage. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Maximum number of people in the cottage:
    <\/b>a) Cottages: Stasinka, Hala Krupowa, Babia G\u00f3ra, Dog Valley – 6 people. Each additional person is a 50 PLN surcharge.
    b) Cottage Zawoja – 8 people . Each additional person is a 50zl surcharge. <\/span>
    c) Tiny House – 4 people. Each additional person is a 50zl surcharge. <\/span>
    d) Cottage on the trail – 4 people. Each additional person is a 50zl surcharge. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Rules of order and safety<\/strong>
    a) Smoking is allowed only outside the cottage.
    b) The Tenant is obliged to comply with fire regulations.
    c) Organizing loud parties and social gatherings with people outside the cottage is prohibited.
    d) Organizing bachelor parties is prohibited.
    e) The Tenant is responsible for the order and cleaning of the cottage during their stay.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Rules for animals<\/strong>
    a) Pets are allowed in the cottage only after prior notification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    Check-in and Check-out Hours<\/strong>
    a) Check-in is from 15:00-21:00.
    b) Check-out is from 07:00-11:00.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  8. \n

    Playground and other attractions<\/strong>
    a) The owners provide a playground (swings, sandboxes, tyrolean, pool, etc.).
    b) Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for the safety of children using the playground.
    c) The owners are not responsible for any accidents on the playground.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  9. \n

    Complaints and Contact<\/strong>
    a) Complaints about your stay can be made by email or phone within 24 hours of the end of your rental.
    b) Contact to the owners is available on the website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  10. \n

    Final provisions<\/strong>
    a) All disputes arising from the rental agreement will be resolved in accordance with the provisions of Polish law.
    b) The owner reserves the right to refuse rental to persons violating the rules.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
